Here is one I that has been on my bucket list for a while. It is a great condition 1932 Bulova President Wandering Seconds. The yellow gold case has no worn areas and polished up real nice. The movement is a 21J 10AJ movement with a T date code. It is wonderfully engraved on the back with a stylized monogram and the date 1932. I serviced it and noticed that the jewel caps cover another capped jewel so essentially they seem useless. For the life of me I can't figure out what the extra jewels on the wheel train do. Sounds like it was a marketing claim to up the jewel count. The ad is interesting in that it mentions this model came in yellow gold, white gold and two tone, I do not recall seeing anything but yellow gold models in the database.
Nice one, Jim. Congrats!
1932 President
I didn't recall ever seeing one in anything but yellow gold either, but did find one example in white gold in the database.
