Hi All I would appreciate your help in identifying this ladies Bulova I have just bought on the bay. I have looked through the db but cant find a match. I have also looked on Lisa´s site but cant find a match there either. The movement is a 5AP which means it was manufactured some time between 1926 to 1930. the case is hinged back and on the inside marked Pat June 10 1924. Bulova. 14K gold filled New york and has the serial number 3269866. It has engraving on the front sides and back. It looks to be in reasonable condition overall although it is not running.
Regards to all - George
Edit Alex: serial updated. First number changed from 3 to 0. That makes more sense. The picture just shows a scratch through the 0 giving the impression of a 3.

Don't think the case number starts with a 3. I thinks its just a visual quirk and a mark on the case. Looks like its a mistruck 9 or 0 which is very common.
I'd go 1930 Bulova Lucille as well. The dust covers certainly did their job in protecting the movement didn't they.
aha....that's where this watch ended up going... I may have caused George to have to work a little harder ($$) for her. Glad one of us got her, as I was more interested in the info and pictures than the acutal watch.
I'm wondering....in the add posted by merc, the elongated triangular markings not only don't match those of the watch, but it almost looks like they are depicted as stone, perhaps to match the color of stones in the band? See how the add makes them look like they shine and have relief (3D)?
It's Unknown to me if these differences in the engravings make it a different model name, so I'm going with two ticks tentative for the ID of Lucille.
