William (Scott) use to enter watches in the database, and there were sometimes inconsistencies between the info entered and the pictures which he used. It was early in our genesis of model ID'ing, and we were grasping for "valuable" data from many sources which we now don't necessarily use now.
He may have used a movement picture from another similar watch, or more likely he may have entered his jewel count information in comments based on what the ads said this watch "should contain" vs what movement was in the watch.
I agree, some things don't match in this watch record. The Craftsman were advertised w/ 21 jewels, as the movement picture shows. Several Craftsman records in the database show 21 jewels also.
