The hands are of a blued type of metal. Lapis or sapphire in the winding stem. Engraved on the front and back. The face where the hands sit has stripes. It has the original band. It looks like the 1922 158 however that watch does not advertise with a metal/gold band.Rumor has it that this watch was a wedding gift to my great grandmother. Their first child was born in 1902. That would place this watch at 1902 or prior if the story holds true.

there is an identical watch on the data base listed as a 1926 154. Janet is the owner. It has the same band . Infact these watches are identical except for serial number. Both case serial numbers begin with a 6 but I believe her watch has the symbol and mine does not. Since they both have the identical band, I would think the watch was sold with this band. Also, the face is different on both mine and Janet's watch. Where ours have stripes, the 153 and 154 have a flowery scroll design

I'm checking Janet's watch now. Also looks like your movement has a serial number. Maybe 192050? Can't quite make it out in your movement picture.
Edit: Janets watch and your watch look identical (short of no date code on your movement). Even the movement SN's are very close, if I'm reading your movement SN correctly.
Janet's is:Movement Serial No.: 192234
Still trying to figure out why your example isa tentative model 153 and Janets is tentative model 154.
