Arnold, Alexander, Stamford or something else?

I don't think this is an Arnold but what else? Stamford and Alexander both very similar but without the engraved case.

1944, 15 jewel 10AK, Stainless back. Any thoughts anyone?

Here is one of the movment! Interesting to note that the 1944 triangle  overstamps  a 1936 square. Maybe just an error. I'll try to get a better picture.

Hi Guy's.

I have a friend that wants to know when the railroad commision approved the use of wristwatches and was the Accutron 214 railroad approved watch the first watch that bulova made that was railroad approved.

I think that Hamilton  and Ball may have made one earlier, but I'm not sure when.

 Thanks for your help.  Mike....

Watch Insurance?

I'm wondering whether you seasoned watch collectors have your watches separately insured (i.e., via a jewelry rider separate from your home owner's/renter's policy)?  If so, how did you prove the value of your watches for insurance purposes?

I now have over 100 vintage Bulovas/Accutrons and am wondering if there is a way around having them separately appraised, as I suspect that would be very costly (?).  Most of them were purchased on eBay, and I did not keep records of the purchase.

Thanks in advance for any experience/advice you have to offer.

Real or Fake newer Bulova?

Looking into a pretty good looking used Bulova Chrono...   I just can't find it anywhere online.

The guy says he got it as a gift in late 2009.  It looks very much like a Buova Men's Diamond Chronograph 96E03 or 04 but I can't find the black gold combination like this watch

Here it is side by side with the 96E03 in silver dial:
