I have noticed over the last year a large fall-off in member participation on the site. The site seems to lack enthusiasm and interest. I only see the same small group of people posting and commenting. What exactly is the site's "Mission Statement?" Is the whole purpose just to ID watches from ads? I remember something about protecting the "Bulova Legacy" but what exactly does that mean? In my opinion, membership is going to drop off and the site will become a reference library with no enthusiasm or lack of membership interest.

I see the various watches for sale....and I know it's $1 to sell one....but I'm curious whether anyone has ever sold one. It seems that ultimately everyone posts on Ebay and takes their chances on the "market-driven" prices. I'm just curious to know opinions about selling on this site.

I currently have numerous watches for sale on Ebay. As indicated on the other blog posts, you never know how to price your collection when you go to liquidate it. One day something that is in really rough condition will sell for an astronomical price....and the next day your pristine watch that you bought, cleaned-up, found a NOS crystal for it, bought a NOS strap for it...can sell for $29. 

Where have all the members gone? Anyone heard from Will Smith? This sucks to many have left :(

I have an Bulova Sky King i think ist from 1931. Its all original Watch, watch band and wooden box.

And its all in very good condition. Is it rare to have it complete, and will it benefit off a higher value than otherwise.

Hello every one. I am looking at a nice looking Bulova everything is authentic but the dial is changed to a red colour.Is this okey or is the watch and the value off the watch ruined. The dial is professionally restored the change is the colour change to a fire red one.

What do you think????

someone could help me with the specifications of a crystal for a Bulova Commodore

I cant get it to accepet  for sale when i click the link. I do see watches for sale to the right on the home page but no link to ad a watch and clues anyone?
