Interesting watch. Design is attractive, so different than what Bulova produced up to this point. Is it a women's watch? It's hard to judge the scale and the movement looks to be small but the back is a bit larger. It's also odd that the two serial numbers would be different, from the outside case back to the inside case back.
I'm going with Unknown at this point but wonder if Bulova has anything on it. Have you tried contacting them jabs?

I think it's the ladies watches their size is 27x20mm. Bulova I have not contacted yet, I'll try it, good idea.
