A first for the Db, congrats!
Technically, an Accutron is battery powered with a tuning fork. Bulova adapted the tuning fork logo and name Accutron Quartz for all subsequent quartz watches and placed it on boxes, so folks think the tuning fork means Accutron w/ a tuning fork movement.
Does the box have a sticker indicating the box contents by name or just a stock number? It's possible the watch was removed from it's original box for store display, and ended up in the first one that fit later on. Price tab in case doesn't match price in ad, but it's close.
It may very well be the original factory box. By the late 70's, boxes were pretty generic for the rank and file models. I have had a few mechanical Bulovas from the late 70's in stickered tuning fork logo boxes with a tuning fork crown.

Thank you, Bob. I am also the one who found the Bulova ad above which I contacted admin. about the new name: Milanese was added to the DB back in 2018. I was very lucky to find the watch. So, I get three stars : ) for finding a new name, the ad and the watch.

Regarding the Accutron part, the sales guy said that but all the Accutron's in my collection has Accutron on the dial. My knowledge of Accutron is limited.
The box and watch has a sticker/label attached with #62251 W, nothing supports the Accutron info the salesman stated.
