I present the Bulova Rhapsody 'Q' (I think it's the Q).

Agree, Rhapsody "Q", good match

Rhapsody 'Q' uses a 17 jewel movement; subject watch has the 23 jewel. Not able to find any matching ads using the 23 jewel...Unknown

Looks like the case of the "Q", but jewel count and the ad states yellow case, and I think this watch is white? Or is it yellow?

If this watch were 10 years older, I'd say lets look at First Lady or Leading Lady series.  Maybe an earlier variant?

I'm skeptical on a Rhapsody ID on account of the jewel count too. Dial clearly states 23j

Still Unknown.

I think I saw there were some 23 jewel Rhapsody ads, and the bracelet sure looks similar in style, but Im at unknown.
