Watch Description

Here is a fairly straight forward one.  1975 Bulova Minute Man based on this ad.  It is a yellow gold case variant with a brown gradient dial with orange/copper hour markers.   The stainless case back has an N5 date code.    The movement is a 11ACAOB 23J.  The crystal is cracked so if anyone has one please let me know.  According to the master parts list the crystal is 1513F1.

The case number 3261 says the crystal is 1531F1.  I don't recognize this number online so If anyone has one or at least the Crystal equivalent number please let me know.

Probably not a bad idea. It would require going through the ad database to determine when the name changed from two words to one. Without researching, my guess would be right around the time of the ad noted above (mid 70's?) when the style went "chunky"..

The 2017 document (from Widen) that Bulova legal put together cataloging names they'd used only has Minute Man. The American Revolutionary militia were, for the record, referred to as a Minutemen. Either way I like this model - 1975 Bulova Minute Man
