Is the dial Blue?  I was surprised to see the back of the dial, at exposed margins also looks blue.

Unknown, with interesting blue on back and front of dial.

So I'm wondering, with the back of the dial also painted petrol blue, is this possibley a redial?
Nice Unknown for now.

Possibly 1975 Diamond Excellency (Name attribution Based on two ads.  First ad is a match second gives the name as Diamond Excellency. Note the position of Bulova is the same on both watches.) Thoughts?

I think the first advert shows the subject watch. I don't think the second does though, the dial in the second is round, subject watch is not.

[/quote]  Yes the second one is definitely a different watch.  My thought was that based on the minimalist dial, position of Bulova and added diamonds that these might all be part of a Diamond Excellency model with different variants based on shape and dial configuration.

Great ad match on the first ad.  Too bad the first one doesn't have a name but nice to see the ad all the same.
