Watch Description

New Old Stock Automatic with Date Window in period display case and storage box. Also included is original Baldwin bracelet marked Bulova. Case and bracelet are all stainless. Hang tag does not have model name but model number is 11534-W.  Many Bulovas had names and this style of model numbers in the 60's but by the early to mid 70's  most names stop and just the model number is found on hang tag.

Hopefully it can also be matched against a particular model/series.

a Jewel count would help.

Fifth - it's a 17 J. The hang tag attached doesn't have a name - just the model / part number listed above. Most of the post 1970 NOS's I have don't have model names on the tags. Exception are few, President & Oceanographer are a couple I can think of.

'W' would be the Case Color - White.

Cool how the Bulova sig is at 9 O'Clock on the Dial - shouldn't be too hard to match up.....sometime.

: )

I have this watch in yellow gold. I got it new in 1975, and the case is so worn, the core is showing through around the edges. I would love to find another case, or another watch like this one. Thanks for any suggestions. Send me a PM if you can help.

Do we have a date range on the "excellence collection" boxes?  An educated guess is fine w/ me.  Thanks

I recall some discussion about the excellence series all having 21 Jewels.   ....but my memory hasn't been that good of late...

William, the one's I have were all from mid to late 70's. Don't know when they actually "Premired".

Will, typing on my phone so please forgive typos and cryptic message. We don't have much info on the Excellence Collection, but those watches appear unrelated to the earlier His and Her Excellency models. So far, we have only seen boxes that read "Excellence Collection", and, as far as I know, not in conjunction with a similarly named watch.
