Watch Description

We don't see many brown dialed watches.  This 1973 Bulova Set-O-Matic is pretty sweet.  Don't think I've seen this guy before.

Unable to match it to a model. Unknown at this time; will see what others may find.

We have this advert listed in the 1970s part adverts.

Match for a 1973 Bulova President. Not sure if the Set-O-Matic is part of the model name or not.

Good ad find.

Note that in the ad Goddess Of Time and Set-O-Matic are the feature; while President is in smaller text. That would seem to indicate the most important distinction isn't President. Perhaps it's a

1973 Set-O-Matic "President" (President being the variant of Set-O-Matic model name). One would think that if it's a President model, that would have been the biggest text, Like the Goddess Of Time next to it.

Not sure I agree. Keep reading the advert which states "Choose the Bulova President Set-O-Matic...." watch. There is also another advert that states the same.

I am on the Bulova President naming convention.  Set o Matic has been used in the past for watches without ads but in the case it clearly indicates it is a President.   I don't think we need to add Set O Match to the name.

1973 Bulova President gets my vote.

The referenced advert is Canadian. While I submit it might be a CANADIAN President model when we look in the US line books the US President model of 1973 did not use this shape case. I don't think it's necessary to tag it as a Canadian President (even though they have Prime Ministers not Presidents) but will agree to 1973 Bulova President without the Set-O-Matic variant

I already have the other watch in the ad as a Bova President Set-O-Matic.

I think the full name is warranted for sure.  It's all capitalized as a name.
