This appears to be a 1973 or 1974 Bulova President "C" with Maroon dial and an N3 case back. The movement is an 11AOACB 23J movement with a N4 date code and quick set date. Needs some work as it is ticking but the hour and minute hands are not moving so it will go on my to do list. In great condition overall though.
