Watch Description

Here is one I picked up at the NWACC National meeting from a junk box of watches.  I am not sure why it was considered junk as it was in excellent condition with original strap and buckle and was a runner.   For $10 I could not pass it up.   It is a 1972 Bulova Dior. I could not find a variant in the line books, just the ad.   It is a 10KT yellow gold plated case with a brushed finish.  The case back is stainless steel with an N2 date code.  (the stuff on the back is glue residue and has since been cleaned off.).   The dial is a beautiful chocolate brown with stylized gold CD printed on the dial.  The strap is original including the very cool CD buckle.  We have two others in the database for these style.  One just like this and another silver cased one with silver dial.  So we know it came in at least two variants, possible more.

No question one this one. I stared at that buckle for a minute thinking "what on earth is the meaning of that design"? It seems SO much overkill, then I read the advert = Brilliant!!

Sleek and sassy it is, without a doubt....
