This is a fairly rare one.  It appears to be a 1971 Bulova Sea King GE based on the 1972 Line book listing.  It is a stainless case with a brushed starburst bezel and stainless steel back with N1 date code.   The dial is black center with a blue minute track that has faded to silver due to age.   It has red tips to the applied hour markers with white accents and no second hand.  The movement is a 17 jewel 11AN caliber also with an N1 date code.
