First one I  have ever seen, ad from 1970 looks to be a match.

Nice advert match. 

Also some good advice for installing new batteries.

"Install with yellow seal towards case back (218 Toward Dial)"

I wonder if the dial would make a difference in the model? The advert shows silver dial. This one is a cream colored textured dial. 

I wish we could upload a pic from the PC. I don't use host sites anymore. It lost half my pics in the original post but now won't let me add in the reply section.
