It looks like a Golden Clipper 390102 based on the ad. I think the 390102 is the stainless steel version and the 391102 is the plated version.
I don't believe this to be part of the Golden Clipper series, as they were all 17 jewel movements.
I couldn;t find a match in the linebook, suggesting this is a international model that we can at least ID with model number 390102

What led me to the Golden Clipper was this watch which is also 23 Jewels and was judged to be a Golden Clipper by the panel:

Thanks for the link. I've flagged that watch to be review as I think we need to revisit based on all other Golden Clipper examples we have being 17 jewels.
