Watch Description

So this looks just like the '66 Date King, but not the same movement. The back has M9 so I'm guessing a 1969 Date King. Could not find the movement listed on Watchophilia database. 17 jewel 11 BLD, sub dial, 10k RGP and stainless back. I'm stumped. Thanks in advance to all the experts.

Jaroslav, I agree that the watches are the same. The point I was making is that the watch is not a match to the advert, the dial is completely different. Enough so, that in my opinion, it should not considered to be the same model.

I would agree that it is a Date King with unknown variant, but with no supporting ad I would be at tentative.

Ken, Will and Jabs are ID'ing as Date King Unknown variant. I think we are all tentative.
Geoff and JP are at Unknown.
Any others have ID suggestions?

Confirming Model and Variant form the 1969 Linebook BAWD0172. Showing a bracelet but subject watch has strap. No variant in line book for strap version. Assuming HH

1969 Bulova Date King "HH"
