It is hard to tell from the photos, but it appears the case is stamped on the back with the date code of M7 (1967); I cannot tell what the datestamp on the movement is, could you confirm? The ads call for one diamond, could you also confirm if there is only one diamond?
This appears to be a yellow gold case with white gold surrounding the diamond. There are several ads showing this as the First Lady A or B. Not sure if A was the yellow gold version or B was. Looks to have originally been fitted with a cord bracelet.

I don't find any La Petite models that match in 67,68,69. Le Petite is well known for their 23 jewelled movements, so I do suspect that it is from this series.
The First Lady series seems to be mainly 17 jewels. There is also the Miss Liberty version of this watch, but again it is 17 jewels.
The Leading Lady series seems to be mainly 21 jewels.
The La Petite series seems to be mainly 23 jewels.
I'd put this as a tentative 1967 Bulova La Petite (no variant) based on the jewel count and diamond case both common features of the La Petite series.
I've found matches for this exact style (with 17 J) listed as both First Lady and Miss Liberty.
