Spaceview for sure but which model variant? I'm sure I've seen this one before. She's a beauty!

There aren't very many Swiss Bowtie Spaceviews around these days, mine is the only stainless steel and the one above is the only solid gold Swiss Bowtie Spaceviews i have ever seen.

I think we have an ad in the 1960's decades forum thread showing a Bowtie spaceview model....or maybe in the Accutron ads forum thread.  I'll check.  It may not help, as I'm remembering Bowtie as a nic-name vs an official model name.  Agreed most likely some spaceview with unknown model variant.

I found one that wasn't a spaceview "bowtie", but it reaffirms my memory that Bowtie is a nic-name.

May 1968 ad.

what luck....H 21253 Stainless Steel, Spaceview Model" isn't in the picture.  Maybe the ad got cropped?  No reason to think 21253 had the bowtie case, but D and E do.

Dam where is the rest of that advert! Nice find Will, doesn't confirm anything but may lead us in the right direction.

I think Bobbee or Plains or Ken originally found the swiss ad...I just copied and pasted from where they presented it.

Here's my Accutron Spaceview. Note the stand is for Bulova International ltd.

The giant Accutron is an actual working Accutron movement. I found some ads for Australian jewelers who had it in their store, but I can't download, when I click on to view all I get is "404 not found".

Want to play Bulova conkers? :-)

I found where i had seen the solid gold version of my watch.......

 http://www.mybob.net/120312/spaceview.htm

i think that model #21253 is not right because i think that model had a case # 316-1, the case below is a case # 316-5
