Wow, nice watch, you are fortunate to have found it! We have only one example of this watch in the database (uploaded in 2012) and ID'ed it by crystal specs as a

Bulova Snorkel 666

I have to agree with that identification on this really uncommon watch.

Yes very cool watch!  Based on the other watch in the DB ID I will agree with Snorkel.

Well bought Anthony, great watch! Good to see you're still in the 'business'. Good choice on the strap.

That's a hard to find model for sure. I'm wondering if Bulova made any other inner-chapter rotating ring models. I know they did a re-issue of a snorkel with this feature a couple years ago, I still have it in my store.

Hey rob , there’s a 42mm espa sc out there. It’s a lot harder to find and they are fetching a pretty penny these days.

I did some digging on EPSA, the company who made these cases for a multitude of manufacturers, (Omega not the least among them) and they had quite a few designations:

Beach, Dive, Marine, Rain, Scaphandre, Sea, and Stop. No luck finding any of the actual patents for some reason.

I'm guessing this is a pretty interesting and possibly unique crystal, it has to accomodate the rotating inner bezel.
