Just one thing, the date code on the back M0 suggests it's a 1960 Bulova Storm King "A"?

So if the movement had been changed at some point, with let's say an M4 or something else, that would make it a 1964 watch regardless of the date code on the case back?

1961 Bulova Storm King "A" and a nice clean example.   I am inclined to call in a 1960 based on the case date code but will defer to the rest of the panel.
