Stainless Steel Case measures 40mm lug to lug x 32mm non inclusive of the Crown using Calipers. An anti-magnetic shield and gasket appears between the Movement and Caseback.Oversize Crown is Steel.Decagonal Stainless Steel Caseback screws on and is stamped as shown.Hackset.N.O.S. Gemex one piece Nylon strap.

Are you sure about the 15 jewel movement? It looks like you are cornering the market on these 3818A mil watches.

I wanted a parkerized 3818A Wayne, they seem a little less common than the SS Cased version (?)

Jewel count unclear.

 I'm looking for a set of polished hands to fininsh up a 3818A project right now. I just really need a seconds hand. Other than that the watch is done. That one looks like a good base to start with.
