Watch Description

I'm confused on this watch, the case says M6 which I was told means 1966 but the movement is 11AFAC which from what I gathered was used from 1959-1963.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On the bracelet. Based on period ads, showing your watch, the band is indeed a replacement. Original band would have been a "scissor" expansion style matching the ad.

Speidel patented and started producing "Twist-O-Flex" bands in either 1958 or 1959. Bulova did use them, but I don't think this early. Here is a circa 1962 box from my collection showing a Speidel banner ribbon and also a  hang tag, so they did indeed use them starting in the early 1960's.

The scissor expansion style u mentioned is indeed what my watch band is, maybe it is original after all

I also agree with:

1959 Bulova Winchester (noting probable back replacement)

Robert - the Speidel band on your watch is not original. it is aftermarket.
