This is a 10KT yellow rolled gold plate 1959 ladies watch. It is marked L9 on the caseback and movement. It has a lumed Arabic hour markers and lumed hour and minute hands with a red second hand. The lugs are definitely different than the similar watch in Unknowns. These lugs are more T shaped. I suspect it is some verion of a Nurse watch.
This is a very close ad. It is from a 1960 ad in the vintage ad section.
It is a 1960 Bulova Sea Queen. This one is stainless steel but the ad does say radium dial and hands with sweep second. It is not a clear picture and I wonder about the lugs but it is very close but for the color.
