Additional Information

Been hoping for one of these since I first saw the other one in the datavase. Iformation is based on the other one in regards to year of manufacture and movement type because this one seems to be unmoleasted and the seal between the crystal and the back is in tact and I didn't want to damage it without a replacement. (Replacement would be nice if anyone can help me with it)

I was able to clean the external parts but didn't want to disturb the crystal and movement seal. It is running so far and keeping good time for now but will need a service one I can find a crystal and gasket. The locks that hold the back and movent in place are just the coolest thing in the world. The hands don't exactly match the ad as the other one in the database don't either, but both this one and that one also have different hands so maybe there is another year of production ???

This is probably a split stem, if memory serves.

I'd recommend taking it to a qualified watchmaker.

I do believe I found a JB Champion band that matches the ad for the Albatross

It cost me a pretty penny too. I guess the gut selling these old NOS bracelets knows what he has
