1954 Bulova Farragut Just Serviced Needs Crystal
Nice ad finds jabs and neetstuf-4-u. Based on it having a 17 jewel movement it would best match Ashford or Jordan and based on the year Jordan being the best match. However the dial does not match so this may be a lovely marriage with a Sea King dial. I don't really see them going from 53 Farragut with a 21 jewel movement to 54 Farragut with a 17 jewel movement.
So for now I would be good with Jordan or non-conforming.

Thanks Kathy, this is a tough one; I started down the "Jordan path", but Ashfords / Jordans had a gold snap back, unlike the subject watch which is a waterproof pressed fit stainless. That is a feature of the Farragut and Neptune, both 21J.
Based on what I personally have learned over the last couple days of trying to figuring this one out, I'm at a solid non-conforming.
