It would be nice to see a better advert to confirm those lugs. Add looks to match so tentative  Windsor for me.

Looks to match the ad; although the hands do not appear to match, s/b Alpha style?; a bit hard to confirm the lugs in the ad: 1952 Windsor

To be consistent with the other Windsor model Jabs linked above, I'm changing my vote to three ticks confirmed for Windsor.  If we find a sharper ad that somehow suggests the lugs are slightly different, then we can reconsider.
