Watch Description

1952 Bulova Thayer. NOS - New Old Stock in original clam shell display case with both hang tags. Also included is a Duo-Wind, Self Winding hang tag that may or may not be original to the piece. Storage box is marked "Watertite' and while it does fit the clam shell, it is unlikely the correct box for the watch. Wonderful saddle colored Bulova calfskin strap with contrasting edge marking and stitching completed by a gold tone buckle. I just love these straps on yellow gold watches!

All around a gorgeous watch in perfect condition.

Everything pictured came together. The Duo-Wind tag was in the clam shell with the watch.

I'd bet the DuoWind stuff is original with the reat of the package. I'm more inclined to think that DuoWind was a terminology used before it was used as a model ID.

That's exactly what I'm thinking, Shawn.
