1952 Ambassador. Watch # 22 shown below.
We have one 1952 Ambassador ad w/ 21 jewels, and I believe three 21 jewle Everett ads from time period? Both ads below are dated 1952. The source for most of these newspaper ads are an entire scan of a newspaper page, showing name of newspaper, day and date of publication- but that doesn't mean the ad the newspaper ran was from that date- it just ran on that date.
Bobbee can you post the other two Everette ads below (with date)? I'll look too.
This record, along with two others - another currntly ID'ed 1952 Ambassador "A", and a 1953 Ambassador- have been resubmited to the panel for ID review based on new ads.

So We are now going to disregard vital information given on page 2 of the thread?

The only true observable differentiating factor between the 2 Watches at this time is the strap they were sold on - unless the price sheet references displayed prior are dated differently?

After reading this entire thread, i'm going to stick with Ambassador. Both my ad and the subject watch state 21 jewels disproving the notion that all Ambassador's were 17 Jewels. Again we're back to a real humdinger as Mark would say. In this case I would have to presume that it was the time of year of release, country of release or quite simply the band that account for the difference.
