Possible 1952 Bulova Director 'A'

10kt yellow gold case, RGP, stainless back, dated L2. 10BT 15 jewel movement dated L2. Not the original gold band.

The 1954 pricelist lists only 3 Director variants (A, C, E); variant E (yellow only) is depicted in the supporting ad as a completely different style, leaving A-yellow and C-white as the remaining possible matches to the subject watch; this being the yellow version, would be the A variant
