The movement is spotless 8AC 17j with LO=1950 date symbol. The case has a L1 date stamp. The watch is keeping quartz-like time. The condition indicates the watch has not been around the block too many times, maybe went to church once or twice. Probably lived in the dark for close to 60 years.

The 'Other' input field in the 'Add a Watch' is a space that we can put the known model name if it does not exist in the dropdown list above. When someone puts text in this field it sends me an alert as well as listing an alert on the front page for me to see. This then tells me to add the new model name to the Taxonomy list for known models. All other information relevant to the watch should go in the additional information section.
It just helps me manage things at the backend alot better.
Thanks!

Wayne,
I missed "page two" of the comments, before... And yah, I'm suprised this model wasn't advertised, by Bulova? It always seems to do well... even on eBay now! I show several models, taking similar crystals:
Baxter, Cromwell, Princeton, Tuxedo, Wellington, Westover
CMX324-2
Cromwell, Princeton
CMX324-2C
Princeton
CMX324-2FT
Best :-) Scott

I have one of these, NOS with the original hang tag. I'll have a look tomorrow and ID it. BTW - this watch came with a matching band. That's not it.
Here's a quick pic I snapped this morning at my shop. Hang tag says Westover. Watch is NOS.

Bob,
The pic I posted is the original band. The photo does not do it justice. It really mirrors the design of the watch and is quite wide.
