Watch Description

1951 Miss America “C” with L0 6BL movement. It has the snake chain band. The band has an L1 date code as well. Kathy identified it for me. She can post the advertisement that shows the Miss America with the snake chain band.

I measured the crystal and it’s 11.5x11.5 but the case opening measured 11.7x11.7. I’m trying to get the G-S or Rocket crystal number.

I think that's a first for me t see a date stamp on a band, especially one that is a date match for the case.

This is the closest crystal for a Bulova listed in the G-S catalog. I can't confirm for sure that it will fit your watch.

This crystal isn’t curved on the edge. It sits flat all the way around. That would be the profile if it were cut in the center. It’s very much like the typical round domed crystal except it’s cushion shaped. It’s also glass, not acrylic, if that makes a difference.

That one is flat across the bottom and flat across the top. This is like a regular domed crystal just cushion shaped. I think the CMC 160 could be correct if all sides rest flat when you set it on a flat surface. My watch guy said he’ll find it for sure when I send it to him to be serviced. Thanks for helping.
