Looks to be the HE "KK". I see a two year difference in case and movement, not sure when the Excellency on the dial is appropriate, but the Bulova is much smaller print than the Excellency  - where it is larger on the linked example (possible re-dial on one or both of these?)

Correct crystal may be the Watchraft P13MA215

Yup.... His Ex.  KK.  The double ribs is pretty distinct on this one.
