Watch Description

I have held on to this watch since my mother died 15 years ago. Not sure what it is worth but I feel someone would value it more than me. It is beautiful, I do not understand the jewels on the face. Please give me information thanks.

I'm going with His Excellency.

I would also lean toward HE; when comparing to the ad Bob posted it would have had some outlines around the seconds area and the center of the dial - seems odd that if those lines were cleaned off completely that the seconds hash marks were not, unless they are more permanent. Possible HE anyway.

HE.

There is a His Excellency with 21 jewl movement in the "Men's Diamond watch" section of the 1955 price list.

Thank you all for the professional opinions. I appreciate all of the help. Now I just need to find out what to do from this point.

Well, if it's running, pay a dollar and put it up for sale here!

Even non-runners are wanted by the more delicately-fisted members, and if all else fails there is the well known global auction site some call "the swamp".

Thank you for the advice bobbee, it is now up for sale. I like your delicately-fisted member pun. Gave me a giggle.
