Watch Description

OK... so HAWLEY is an Educated Guess! I have searched the data base and found nothing.  This Crystal is the only BULOVA one that fit... and it snapped in perfectly, like it was made for this case, without any reshaping (which doesn't happen very often!)  Crystal package marked Bulova "Hawley".  Anyone ever hear of this one?

Been here, restored the same watch and used the same crystal. I don't like using crystal data for ID's but this one gets 2 stars until we have an ad for "Confirmation". Great lookin watch too!

agreed,

and any panel member giving a 1 Star rating on a Watch ID'd by Crystal spec obviously does not understand the system.

Should be given at least 2 stars, unless they have information that they are not sharing to say otherwise.

i don't understand, if a crystal fits a watch case and has a name on the package..why don't we except that name..i mean what are the chances that two different bulova crystals would fit a watch..in its not a hawley what would it be. i mean my doesn't that make sense..i mean the crystal was made for this watch..the owner even said how good it fit..and hes right they hardly ever just fit in unless its made for the watch..and being this one has a name on it and fits this watch..i don't know what you can't expect as an id..i mean even for now being there is no ad with this watch yet and may never will be since LIKE TODAY watch co.s don't advertise every single watch they make in advertisments...there is even another seller who had this watch and had it named hawley, so they might have ad seen an ad we didn't or had a id tag or even worked for bulova.even though the used the crystal method ..do we not expect other peoples ids? ever? what if they are right? i mean there are people who know about bulova watches expect for the panel members of this site...that is pretty snobbish to not expect other website's ids of watches...

Actually a crystal fitting more than 1 watch happens more than you think.
