Close but the Bruce has 2 ribs on the bezel and this one does not. I know we've seen this before so finding anID shouldn't be hard. I think this may be 1941  or 1951 as I can't see the date stamp on the movement or caseback.

What you're seeing aren't ribs on the bezel, but artistic license of the "gently sloped smooth end pieces" described in the ad. Check out the slope of the bezel towards the lugs and you'll see what I mean. 

And the L1 is visible on the back (under Bulova) and the movement (above Unadjusted).
