Classic His Excellency QQ (haven't seen very many with NO wear through on those claws). This one is found in it's original display case and cardboard storage box along with the guarantee booklet. Hang tag present along with price tag AND sales recipt from Camp Stewart Georgia. Stewart was opened after the start of WWII and is currently known a Ft Stewart. Opened as an anti aircraft training center, it was closed at the end of the war but reopened in 1950 as a result of the Korean War. My guess is that one of those soldiers bought this fellow in the PX - at a greatly reduced price I might add.
Wonder if it ever got to Korea?

The providence w hang tag, guarantee, receipt, inner and outer paper box, concurring crystal specs, etc.... Just perfect! If I were to pick one record to recommend to someone wanting to know about the HE QQ this would be the one! ( i may refer them to Ellierose HE QQ w/ original band to see what the band looked like too)
Good work Geoff! If I were you, I'd sure be trying to strike a deal with Ellierose for that original band. Then this watch would have everything as original. I would almost argue the band deserves to be on this watch if for no other reason than Bulova history. If I find one of those bands, I'll gladly give it to you. This watch deserves it.
