I'm seeking assistance identifying this watch. It's a 21J 8AC movement with L0 on movement and case back. It also has a thick, flat crystal and large, polished lugs. Watch works (manual wind). The case width is 22 mm, and it is 10K GF. My guess - is 1950, His Excellency.
