Watch Description

I was delighted to pick up this watch.  I probably paid more than I should have for it but it was the last to find to complete my AA collection and the first that I've seen come up on eBay so I went ahead and got it.  It is a very pretty AA model in all white 14K with two diamonds.  The same as the "C" but all white, like this one in the DB https://mybulova.com/watches/1950-academy-award-6818  I however believe this is the "G".  If you look at the accumulated AA price guide there are only two watches that are $115, the "C" and the "G" and on the crystal catalog the crystal is the same for the "C" the "G".  I am fine with it getting labeled a "C" like the other one in the DB as there is no ad for a "G" but this is my personal opinion.

It has a working 21 jewel movement and the silver/gold dial like the "C" and "E".  The movement is date coded A9 and the case is L0.

All 27 ladies Bulova Academy Award watches.....now that's an achievement and I think it is safe to say it's the only collection of it's kind 'in the world'.

Thank you Stephen!  This was the one I wasn't sure I would be able to find so I feel very happy to have been able to complete the collection.

Kathy that is so Awesome!  I love it... Great job and what a cool accomplishment!

The AA 'G" seems correct.
