1949 (based on movement "A9") Franklin "B" 

I added an advert for  you showing variants; "B" is Red (Rose).

Is case back marked A9 or A8?

Franklin "B" looks like a good match.  Will wait on the case date stamp to comfirm the year, I can't make out if it is a A or an L or the #.

It has 49 on case but it said the movement was 1 year only 1948

That just means that no one ever added another example of the movement to the database. I just updated movements to reflect the fact we now have a verified example of the movement dated 1949.

1949 Franklin "B" it is.
