Watch Description

This should be an easy ID.   It is a will known Senator yellow case with an 8AD 17J movement with a 48 date code.   The case back is stainless.  The dial is white with applied yellow gold markers.   Kind of late for this design but I included this 1949 ad....

It looks to be original.  I forgot to mention that.   The clasp is not marked.

Nice find Jim. My guess is that the strap is added aftermarket. I base that on two points. First, it is not signed although I'm not 100% sure Bulova signed in this era. Secondly it has been trimmed to fit. I'm a big fan of pigskin straps, I think they are one of the better choices, especially in this color for vintage watches.
