Watch Description

I like everything about this watch- the grey dial, the white gold (filled) case, the blue hands, it keeps excellent time.  I need to find a better strap now.- Matt

What constitutes an "NN" if the dial variations don't match the two "NN" ads of 1948 and 1951?

I have the same model and it is fitted with a steel mesh strap which I believe is original to the watch.

The Hands are incorrect, I believe this Watch should have Silver Hands.

I've always loved this bullet style lug watch.  Very nice example of the white gold version brother.

Yeah Mark maybe right... I do believe with that style the silver hands were usually stock.  Though the blued hands with the white paint look pretty boss on this model IMO.

Thanks for the info everyone!  I just found the closest match for the year/case style/ dial, and the "NN" came up- I have no reason to suspect it is the correct designation other than that.  I know the strap is not original, and I have no idea if the hands are replacements- but I will take your word for it.

Replacement/Franken watches generally bother me (not that much), but I really like the blue/gray combination of this example, and everything seems to fit very naturally.

I'm still not sure the charcoal dial version is an "NN", but that bullet lug case is an easy ID
