Got this guy in part of a much larger lot. Its solid Rose Gold. Other than its unoriginal crown, it's beautiful piece!

How come I never find any of these solid gold watches with out them being way over priced?? I am jealouse.

Wow, that's a fine looking watch Aaron, I'm a big fan of anything in rose gold but solid rose is just about the best. Any late 40's rectangle case holding a 21 jewel movement wants to be an His Excellency but I just can't find a match.

See My Watches, I have an earlier one, probably 1942, but not absolutely certain of exact year yet, unfortunately only 14K Pink Gold (there does seem to be some slight difference between Rose and Pink, at least some manufacturers use them as being different) Filled, not solid gold. But just as pretty.

Any chance of a photo of the watch in full. It's a little tricky to see the watch as a whole.

From what I can see, it looks like the pink version of the President in that ad.

Yeah, I think it's a President too. What a beautiful watch, I love rose gold, it reminds me of my grandfather's watch.
