Watch Description

I have little information on this watch outside that it may be 1920's. I have found nothing equivalent in the database or through Google searches. I want to determine restoration concerns before I start. I have not opened the watch and probably will not until I hopefully can learn more.

There is text on the inside of the clasp that I can only read as Breton Gold Filled top Pat Pen.

My recommendation, take the watch to a watchmaker and have it evaluated for repair if it not running. Chances are it probably needs a complete disassemble and cleaning. This watch is not a 1920's watch. On the backside (caseback) there appears to be a letter/number combination that I can't read, if you could provide this info it would help.

I have several of these "Rose gold" watches that still remain unknown as to a name.

It is not from the 1920's, the date code is stamped on the caseback...

Looks like late 40's  48, A9, can't quite make it out.

Her Excellency "G" is a close match, so opening up the case and getting the jewel count off of the movement will help.

Pending your verification of the movement/caseback details you'll nee to change the original post to show the correct year, model ID, and other specs. Easy to do under the "Edit" option on your original post.

Happy Thanksgiving!
