Her Excellency "N" from me. We just published another Her Excellency "N" on site here. Seems this one would get the same name?
Could the I in the case serial number is a 1?
Movement is USA. Fifth Ave cases usually don't have letters for case SN first digit? Unless this isn't true for a case made around the same time as the movement (1948).

The "HER EXCELLENCY" 'N' has a Pink Case and Pink Dial face (with Black numearals and Hands?)
based on what We know "also available in Yellow" would indicate the Yellow Case with White Dial and Gilt numerals version (as on the subject) is a variant other than the 'N'.
