Having trouble to downsize the pic size to work with your site...UGH...!!
There are a number of free online tools you can use to help reduce the file size and dimensions of your images. It helps having images suitable for the web, otherwise pages can take ages to load.
If you continue to have issues trying to resize your images please send them to [email protected] and I'll resize them for you.

..Hello again...
Now that the pics have been resized and uploaded, thank you, you can see the markings on the movement, ie, 6BK and 21 jewels. It may be hard to see in this photo, unless enlarged, but above the top left gear, at the lug, reads 'Adjusted' and to the left of that gear, above the 6BK, reads 47 Swiss (upsided down to the '47'..). as stamped. As to the inside of the case back, as pictured, is pretty much all I can discern, using a lupe.. There's a fair bit of corrosion along the perimeter of the inside of the case back, but I wouldnt expect a 'stamp' along there. I was able to pick up this, '3765Z 1968(?) ..hand ingraved, (not factory stamped).,which I suspect would be a 'service date' by whoever did it, then. The outside back of the case reads H480724.
The watch is in for repairs, so when I get it back, I'll open it up, (if not at the watchmaker..), to see if I can find any more info..
Thanks for your interest....
Regards
That...Andersok.. Is the watch.. as depicted in the 1948 ad..!!
As I mentioned to Geoff, in a seperate email....
".Hello Geoff...and thanks for your message and help.. etc....---
I've attached a couple for consideration.. unfortunately, I didnt get a good shot of the face...and the watch is in for repairs as we speak. After a fair bit of searching..this could be, possibly, 'Her Excellency''model (1947'ish) or 'American Girl' ??.."
.
So, I do believe Andersok, you've found the model.. As to the 21 Jewel configuration..- could it be because it was of the European market of then..?? - It is a friend's watch from her 'Nonna', back from Italy at the time...??
