I was fortunate enough to find this 1946 Bulova Treasurer on ebay. It is a white gold case with a white dial. The 21J 10AK movement has a square date code. This has the original Kreisler white gold bracelet which is a great find. I think I know have the full set of 1946 Treasurers.

I am seeing a two year difference on the movement-1946 and case-1948 (based on the leading '8' in serial number. If that is correct, then the watch could be a 1948; which would place it in the His Excellency model category.
