I am not sure this is an exact match to the Victoria.   The Victoria is showing no notched ends and no bezel accents.

Yes looking at it I think you are right Jim.  Victoria has a Tonneau dial and the subject watch is cushion.

I'm also not convinced by the Victoria. I've seen on this site a Bulova Claire on sale, the Claire was really close but it was the version of the Victoria with the stretching band, not the cord. So I've searched a little bit and there's a Bulova Annette identical to this one. Also mine is Rose Gold, not yellow as the Victoria.

Claire was basically the same as the Victoria with with a stretch band instead of the cord band and we believe it was a change over in the name.  They have a tonneau shape dial so I think you are on the right track with Annette with a cushion dial.

I think you had it correct with your first assumption.  Based on this 1944 ad I think we have a good march for a rose gold version of the Annette.

1945 Bulova Annette is a good match. Nice work ID'ing.
